Frame Repaints

Here at Leman Paint Works we take Extra pride in your truck frame. No matter if you put 2k miles a year on it or 200k miles a yr we will make your frame shine! We quote all frame jobs specific to your truck. Here is a few different options of how we do them.

All options include sandblasting, epoxy primer and a gloss Black polyurethane Xalta industrial topcoat.

Economy

Cab/Sleeper Back

This is our cheaper option. We remove the parts stated below. Sandblast all the parts and the outside of the frame and some of the inside. There will be areas on the bottom and insides where the rust/paint/grease is not removed. We will prime and paint over all areas that have been sandblasted. All parts that are off the truck will be sandblasted/primed/painted off the truck before being installed. Any bolts that are removed will be replaced with new.

Elite

Cab/Sleeper Back

This is our preferred way to do frames. Listed below is the parts that are removed. Everything that is removed is Sandblasted / primed / painted before being installed. The frame is sandblasted completely clean inside/out and top to bottom. We then Epoxy prime/paint all sandblasted areas. Once everything is painted we will install the painted parts with new bolts and fastners. *We will paint frames to match if they are different color than black.*
